Dani Kelley

Dani is deeply passionate about crafting a holistic and comprehensive picture of you as a candidate and has worked extensively with applicants to top business school programs to do so. Believing everyone’s most compelling story is their authentic one, she is determined to help you deliver yours in a way that is engaging, self-aware, humble and relevant. Dani’s approach to you during your application process is a blend of empathetic cheerleader and tough-love coach. She’s been offering this brand of support to her clients at Square One since early 2017.

Dani’s background is in Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail Healthcare and Consulting. Her current role is with Pepsi’s Nutrition Strategy group where she develops global strategic initiatives with brands like Quaker, Tropicana and Naked Juice. She currently manages Pepsi’s Corporate Strategy recruiting for HBS and Kellogg. Prior to Pepsi, she worked in Strategy and Operations with CVS Health on programs including automated prescription text messaging and opioid abuse prevention. Before that she worked in private equity consulting at The Parthenon Group, primarily focusing on mid-cap retail and CPG due diligence.

Dani has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Leadership Studies from Williams College. While at HBS, Dani was her section’s social chair and the president of the Art Society. At Williams, Dani was captain of the varsity diving team, a resident advisor and a TA with the art department.

Dani lives in Chicago with her husband Patrick and pet rabbit Conyn. In Chicago she enjoys eating ALL of the food and visiting ALL of the museums. She and her husband also enjoy travelling and visiting their families in New England where they enjoy skiing, swimming and conducting historical restoration projects.
