Paula Minardi is passionate about helping people find their voices, understand their defining life experiences, mold their purpose and discover the best versions of themselves. That is what being an advisor at Square One Prep is all about: working with her clients to build applications that enable them to secure offers to top business schools, where they can begin to realize those versions.
Paula received her Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Sao Paulo and worked as a corporate litigation lawyer for 5 years, representing large international corporations and investment firms in court and arbitration procedures.
Upon deciding that it was time to pursue her passion for education, Paula moved on to receive her MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University. During this time, Paula was a Justice Investor at the Stanford GSB Impact Fund and an active member of the Education, Women in Management, and Latin American Student Association clubs. She also led the activities of the non-profit Brazil at Silicon Valley, of which she is currently a board member. After graduation, Paula took the role of product manager at Rebel Girls, an award-winning edutainment technology company whose mission is to empower the next generation of girls.
Paula lives in New York City, but you will often find her seeking the sun in Los Angeles, where her company is headquartered. She speaks English and Portuguese fluently. When she is not working or coaching, she is running, facetiming with her family in Brazil, or chatting with friends over a bottle of wine as she finds great joy in connecting with others.
