I am passionate about using business as a force for good, seamlessly blending profit and purpose. This has been a guiding light throughout my academic and professional adventures. At Harvard Business School, where I earned my MBA, I delved deep into the pivotal role businesses play in shaping society. My academic journey has been enriched by experiences at Yale University, where I received a Master’s in International and Development Economics, and at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, where I earned my Bachelor's in Economics.
Professionally, my journey is etched with purposeful steps towards making a difference. I started my career in management consulting at Bain. My desire to make a tangible impact led me to government consulting in Haryana, India. There, I managed impactful reforms in PreK-12 education, positively influencing 12 thousand schools and 1.5 million students. As Senior Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a non-profit, I crafted strategic initiatives for Middle Eastern federal government units, including a foreign development aid fund, fusing my passion for business with social responsibility. Living and working across Asia, North America, and the Middle East, I bring a rich, international perspective.
During my free time, you'll find me nestled in bed with captivating non-fiction books or outdoors, running or refining my golfing skills. My love for travel and joy of discovering diverse cultures and cuisines is perpetual. When I'm home, I delight in brewing my own coffee and discovering new shows to binge-watch!
