Applying to MBA programs is rarely just a career decision—it’s an exercise in reflection, judgment, and self-definition. My role is to help you slow down the process, make sense of your experiences, and articulate a story that feels grounded, strategic, and unmistakably yours.'
My background spans consulting, finance, and entrepreneurship. I currently work as a management consultant at Kearney, advising Fortune 500 clients on growth, brand strategy, and operational transformation. Earlier in my career, I worked in finance and at a blockchain startup—experiences that shaped how I think about leadership, decision-making under ambiguity, and why non-linear paths often become the most compelling narratives when told with clarity and intention.
I earned my MBA from Chicago Booth, where I served as a Career Advisor and Admissions Fellow and was selected as one of nine Global Booth Ambassadors. As an Admissions Fellow, I conducted admissions interviews for Booth, giving me a firsthand view of how candidates are assessed beyond the written application. Having experienced the process from both sides— as an applicant and in admissions—continues to inform how I guide candidates today with rigor, empathy, and perspective.
I’m deeply shaped by my global upbringing. I was born in South Korea, raised in Canada from age 10, studied in France, and now call Chicago home. Moving across cultures taught me adaptability early—and more importantly, how to listen, translate experiences, and connect across different contexts. That lens informs how I work with clients from all backgrounds, particularly those navigating complex identities or unconventional paths.
Outside of work, you’ll find me at Pure Barre, watching K-dramas, or staying up to date on all things Korean skincare—small rituals that keep me grounded, curious, and connected.
