I am passionate about learning what drives individuals to make decisions, and communicating those decisions in the form of storytelling. I have a compassionate approach, but am relentless in my goal to enable my clients’ success by helping them find their voice and vulnerability, which favorably distinguishes their applications from the competition.

I got accepted at every top business school I applied to – all 5. I attribute that success to digging into the reasons behind my decisions and describing my career goals in an exciting and relatable way.

I have a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to business school, I was a management consultant at PwC, serving a range of industries, including finance, healthcare, agriculture, and technology. After business school, I took the role as a development manager at a prestigious real estate developer, Boston Properties, and now hold the position of VP at Bluewater, a private equity real estate industrial development firm. I have experience effectively communicating the pivots I’ve made in my career and takes pride in helping others do the same.

At USC, I was a D I athlete on the Rowing Team and Vice President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. At HBS, I held board positions for the Real Estate Club, the African American Student Union, and the Entrepreneurship Club.

As a native New Yorker, I’ve recently my way back to New York. I spend my time playing tennis, salsa dancing, and cooking. I love to travel, and recently completed trips to Egypt, Spain, Kenya, Colombia, and South Korea.
