I have nearly two decades of experience helping people take bold next steps in their careers. A former Square One Prep advisor, I am excited to return to the team with even deeper insights into what makes a candidate stand out—not just on paper, but in person.
I began my career at Deloitte Consulting in Washington, D.C and later moved to Nigeria to co-found an e-commerce startup, securing seed capital and scaling key partnerships. My work there inspired me to pursue my MBA at The Wharton School, where I served as a student admissions interviewer and co-led initiatives with the Admissions Office to support prospective students navigating their own MBA journeys.
After Wharton, I joined PepsiCo’s Corporate Strategy team in New York City, working across global functions to develop long-term growth strategies for billion-dollar brands. My experience spanned M&A, Sales Strategy, and eCommerce in the U.S. and Emerging Markets, including a three year assignment to Cape Town South Africa. I now run Constantia Ventures, an investment firm founded to acquire and grow health and wellness businesses in the D.C. Metropolitan region.
My coaching style is both strategic and candid—I’m not afraid to challenge candidates to dig deeper, reflect more honestly, and find the unique story only they can tell. I’ve helped applicants gain admission to top programs around the world, and bring a deep belief in the power of the MBA to change lives—just as it changed mine.
I live in Northern Virginia and in my free time I love experimenting in the kitchen, catching up on my favorite crime dramas and planning my next cycling adventure.
