After I first met Kathryn over the phone, she was very helpful in matching my interests and personality potential consultants, and was patient as I subsequently worked through introductory phone calls with potential consultants who I would primarily work with on my application. My advice to potential clients would be to start this process early and take plenty of time, so you can pick a consultant who you click with who isn’t already occupied! The strength of rapport and trust I developed with my primary consultant, Kathleen, was very important when it came to preparing for interviews. By that point we had spent plenty of time on the phone and she had even taken the time to meet in person when we were in the same city. As a result, she was able to give me a personalized mock interview and feedback that was specific to my personality and demeanor.
