Unparalleled service = results!
I’ve had a particularly challenging journey in my acceptance to a top business school. I’ve wanted to get into one of the top schools from a very young age – it has always been part of my plan.
My business school journey started three years ago. I signed up to a highly recommended admissions consulting service before I had sat my tests. I was urged to sign up with this company even though I had not started with my GMAT prep. I struggled to get the GMAT score I needed to be competitive for the schools I was targeting so I decided not to apply in that admissions cycle.
I was able to improve my score the following year and worked with the admissions consulting service I had signed up with the previous year, only to receive all rejections without interviews from the three schools I applied to.
The year after (last year’s admissions cycle) I decided to sit my GRE and was able to improve my score further. I worked with the same admissions consulting service and was dinged from early admissions at Columbia. At this point I was very frustrated and decided to change my strategy.
I signed up to square one prep one month prior to the round 2 admissions due date. Kathryn gave me a fair view of my chances at the schools I was applying for and helped build out a list of seven schools I should target. The square one prep team worked tirelessly with me for the entire month – a special shout out to Varun who made himself available to me 24 / 7 (quite literally). Not only did Varun provide significant help and support with all aspects of the application, he also provided great encouragement and emotional support through arguably one of the most stressful and challenging processes I have undertaken. With the team’s help, I ended up applying to six top schools. I received interviews at three of these schools. I was accepted into one of these programs – a top 5 US MBA program.
This result would not have been possible without square one prep. Yes – it is very expensive to use this admissions consultant BUT if you want the best chance of getting into a top school, this is the one to choose.
