I’m very money conscious. However, working with Square One Prep was absolutely worth the investment for the amount of care, attention, structure and expertise I received throughout my application process. Most importantly my advisor gave me the confidence that I could and would put together stellar applications despite working on accelerated timelines. What I appreciated most about working with Square One was that I felt they “got me.” My advisor, also the owner, was very genuine in her feedback (even if that meant tough love); I knew she was truly invested in my success. I was also amazed at how quickly she could turn around her edits, which got me in a rhythm that surprisingly made the process fun.

My only warning: working with Square One was addicting! I initially signed on to work on one school, then asked to add a second and ultimately did all three with them. Once you get into the Square One groove, it’s hard to not want to move forward with assistance on additional schools – they’re so valuable. This review doesn’t do my experience justice, but I will say that the way I talk about the application process is VERY different than how those who didn’t work with this wonderful company talk about the process!
